01 Information We Collect

• Account Information: Username, email address, and password when you register.
• Business Information: Business name, Facebook Page ID, and WhatsApp number used to connect your bot.
• Usage Data: Message counts, API token usage, and subscription details.
• AI Configuration: System prompts and chatbot settings you configure.
• Message Logs: Conversation logs between your customers and AI bot (stored temporarily for monitoring).
• Payment Information: Transaction IDs for bKash, Nagad, or Rocket payments. We do not store full payment credentials.

02 How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and maintain the platform, process subscriptions, generate AI replies, monitor usage limits, send service communications, improve features, and prevent fraud.

03 Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secured VPS servers with encrypted databases. API tokens are stored securely. Access to user data is restricted. Regular backups are maintained. While we take reasonable precautions, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

04 Third-Party Services

AutoKul integrates with:

• AI Providers (Groq, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini): Process system prompts and messages to generate AI replies. They have their own privacy policies.
• Meta (Facebook/WhatsApp): Send and receive messages on your connected pages and WhatsApp numbers.

We do not sell your data to any third party for advertising or marketing purposes.

04a AI Data Processing

By using AutoKul, you acknowledge:

• Your system prompts and messages are sent to third-party AI providers solely for generating replies. We do not control how they process data.
• AI providers may process data in various jurisdictions. Do not share sensitive personal information through the AI system.
• Third-party AI providers may log API requests for model improvement or security purposes.
• You are responsible for the content in your system prompt and the AI-generated responses sent to your customers.
• AutoKul is not liable for inaccurate or harmful AI-generated content. See our Terms of Service for full limitations.

05 Facebook & Meta Data

When connecting your Facebook Page, we access your Page ID and Access Token to send and receive Messenger messages. Customer messages are processed solely for AI replies. We comply with Meta's Platform Terms. You may revoke access at any time via Facebook Settings.

06 WhatsApp Data

When connecting your WhatsApp number, your session credentials are stored securely to maintain the connection. Messages are processed for AI responses only. You may disconnect at any time from your dashboard.

07 Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Message logs are kept for a limited period for monitoring, then deleted. Session data is retained during your subscription. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.

08 Your Rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time. You may disconnect your Facebook or WhatsApp integration. For any requests, contact us at autokulbd@gmail.com.

09 Cookies

AutoKul uses minimal cookies for login session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. By using the platform, you consent to this limited use.

10 Children's Privacy

AutoKul is a business-to-business service not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Contact us immediately if you believe a child has provided personal information.

11 Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Changes are posted with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We encourage periodic review of this page.
