By registering or using AutoKul (autokul.online), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AutoKul, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users. The service is provided by AutoKul ("we", "us", "our").
This is an AI-powered service. AI may produce errors or unexpected output. You use this service at your own risk.
02 Service Description
AutoKul is an AI chatbot platform that lets businesses automate customer conversations across WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, TikTok, and Telegram. Users configure custom AI prompts, connect multiple channels, and monitor conversations through a web dashboard.
The service is provided on a monthly subscription basis with customer limits per plan. Unlimited AI replies within your plan's customer limit.
03 Account Registration
To use AutoKul, you must register with a valid email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
By registering, you confirm you are at least 18 or have authority to bind your business. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
04 Subscriptions & Payments
AutoKul operates on a monthly subscription model. All paid plans include unlimited AI replies within your customer limit and support all platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram). Plans include:
- Spark: 1,000 BDT/month — 1,000 unique customers — all platforms, voice/text/image AI, order automation, unified inbox, human takeover, scheduler, and more
- Momentum: 2,000 BDT/month — 2,500 unique customers — all Spark features plus website widget, bring your own AI key
- Empire: 5,000 BDT/month — 7,500 unique customers — all Momentum features plus custom AI knowledge base, real-time analytics, multi-channel support, priority support
- Trial: Free — 300 total AI messages — WhatsApp disabled, other platforms limited for evaluation
- Enterprise: Custom pricing — unlimited customers, dedicated support — contact us
Top-ups available at 1 BDT per additional customer slot. Payments are accepted via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket to the number provided. Subscriptions are activated after payment verification, valid for 30 days. Unused customer slots do not carry over. Refunds are not offered once activated. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion if the service was non-functional from activation.
05 Acceptable Use
You may not use AutoKul for:
- Spam, harassment, or unsolicited bulk messaging
- Illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive activity
- Hate speech, discrimination, or defamation
- Scams, phishing, or impersonation
- Violating Meta, WhatsApp, or any applicable laws
- Reselling our service without written permission
Violation results in immediate suspension without refund. Illegal activity may be reported to authorities.
You assume all liability for how you use AutoKul. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
06 Facebook & Meta Policy
When using our Facebook integration, you agree to comply with Meta's Platform Terms and accept responsibility for all content sent through your connected Page. We may suspend Facebook access if Meta reports violations associated with your account.
07 WhatsApp Policy
AutoKul connects via your WhatsApp number. Automated messaging may conflict with WhatsApp's terms. You are solely responsible for compliance. We are not liable for any account restrictions imposed by WhatsApp on your number. AutoKul is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.
08 AI-Generated Content
This section contains important disclaimers about AI-generated content.
AutoKul uses third-party AI providers (Groq, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) to generate responses. You acknowledge the following:
8.1 AI May Make Mistakes. AI systems are not perfect. They may generate inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate responses ("hallucinations"), misunderstand queries, or produce unexpected output.
8.2 You Are Responsible. You have full control over the AI system prompt. You are solely responsible for monitoring all AI-generated responses, regularly testing your bot, and maintaining human oversight for critical interactions.
8.3 No Warranty on AI Output. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or safety of any AI-generated response. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8.4 Third-Party Providers. AI requests are processed by third-party providers with their own terms and limitations. We have no control over their model accuracy, availability, or data handling practices.
8.5 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold AutoKul harmless from any claims arising from AI-generated content sent through your account, including errors, legal violations, or customer disputes.
09 Customer & Message Limits
Each plan includes a monthly customer limit (unique customers who can interact with your bot). AI replies are unlimited within your plan's customer limit. Once the customer limit is reached, the bot stops responding to new customers until the next billing period or a top-up is purchased. We are not responsible for missed messages after the limit is reached.
10 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in illegal activity, or fail to renew your subscription. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoKul shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Damages from AI-generated content (inaccurate, misleading, or harmful responses)
- Loss of business, revenue, or customers due to service interruptions or AI errors
- Actions by third-party AI providers or social media platforms
- Unauthorized account access
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. If you do not accept this, do not use AutoKul. Some jurisdictions restrict liability limitations; in such cases, our liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding a claim.
12 Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email or dashboard.
